Port Gellhorn is the Panhandle town in Leonida's far north-west — faded resort strip, run-down cabaret, empty strip malls and a cheap motel. It's the end of the cross-state highway and the most isolated town on the map. Rockstar plays it as the place opportunity left a while ago.
