The indoor shooting range is on the south side of downtown Vice City, near Jack of Hearts. Shown in the Extended Look (Aug 27, 2026) as one of the recurring skill activities — useful, since GTA 6 drops hard lock-on for aim assist with bloom, and range time is how you compensate.
